Tournament Registration 10:00 a.m.
Tournament begins at 11:00 a.m.
Ten minute grace period granted,
then “no shows” will be forfeited.
NO REFUNDS…Event will be held “rain or shine”.

ENTRY FEES: 
TEAMS
$15 for Team of two players
(age13 & over; 1 team member must be adult) 

SINGLES
$10 for a Single Player
(must be over 13 to play)
